There are many different methods of training to choose from in order to help you achieve  your fitness goals.  I like to incorporate various training techniques from my years of experience as both an instructor/coach and as a competetive athlete to help you achieve those goals.  The variety of methods used will also help prevent boredom and more importantly help prevent overuse injuries.  At the end of the day however, it's the trusting relationship and the motivating factors that will be responsible for your inevitable success.

WAYS IN WHICH WE CAN WORK TOGETHER:

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

As a Personal Trainer I am a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction.  I motivate my clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to them on a regular basis.  Regular fitness assessments are necessary to determine the clients progress. Educating my clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health & nutrition  guidelines is a vital component to their success.  As a Certified Personal Trainer, it is my job to be aware of any pre-existing medical conditions that may need special attention or consideration.     

           FIGHTING OBESITY

 

Unfortunately this happens to be a very popular topic today.  Fortunately this is my expertise.  With a combination of exercise, dietary modifications and a great synergy between you and I, obesity no longer has to be a way of life.  I will carefully guide you through a customized life change and monitor your monthly weight loss as you plan to buy new cloths that fit.  (smaller sizes of course)  :)  Trust in a new exercise program with small dietary changes and the results will start showing within weeks.

This is the most important part.  If all goes according to my experience, we will have created a relationship based on trust, friendship, professionalism, confidence, and loyalty. These will be the building blocks that allow us to grow together as partners in your success.  I am extremely dedicated to each of my personal clients, many whom I've had for 10-15 years plus.

           HEALTHY DIET & NUTRITION

 

A healthy diet should be more of a gradual lifestyle change instead of a temporary way of life.  We will go over what a healthy diet means for you and how to incorporate that into your life.  I often take my clients to the market for the first time and show them how to shop for the most enjoyable nutrition available.  You will learn about healthy proteins, carbs & fats, food extracting, healthy greens, fruits and much much more.  I will also provide easy to use recipes if desired.



           TRIATHLON TRAINING

Triathlon is a multiple stage competition involving swimming, biking & running.  Triathlon is not only for the advanced athlete.  As a certified triathlon coach, I have used this training template for many of my beginner clients battling obesity and it has proven to be an excellent medium for all levels of athleticism.  This can be a lot of fun both recreationally and/or competitively.
